Frozen Fruit Smoothie

Frozen Fruit SmoothiePeople should eat fruit every day, that is crucial for good health. But you know, sometimes you just can not eat all the fruit you've bought, so the best you can do is to freeze it. When you freeze fruit you save the money, because you don't throw it away and when you make smoothies with frozen fruit, you do not have to use any ice. You can freeze any kind of fruit and then use it for the smoothies, of course.

Ingredients (for two persons):
  • 1 banana,
  • 1 kiwi,
  • 100 grams of frozen blueberries,
  • 1 little knob of ginger,
  • 1 tablespoon of honey,
  • half cup of yoghurt,
  • half cup of orange juice.
How to prepare it?

Just put all the ingredients in the blender, turn it on and let the machine do all the work. When everything gets a recognizable smoothie texture, just stop the machine and serve your lovely smoothies. All done in 5 minutes.
