Simple Fruit Salad

Ingredients (for two persons):
- 1 Golden Delicious apple,
- 1 nectarine,
- 1 tablespoon of brown sugar,
- 1 tablespoon of cream fresh,
- 1/2 of vanilla pod.
How to prepare it?
Put the sugar with cream fresh in a small bowl. Give them a nice whisk for a minute. Add vanilla, whisk again and leave it to rest while you chop the fruits. Sugar is going to be completely melted and vanilla will give it a nice aroma.
Some people do not like fruit skin, so you can peel them, but we do not recommend that because most of the vitamins are actually in the skin. So, this isyour choice . Chop the fruits in nice cubes and then put them in a bowl with cream fresh, mix all a little bit and you are done. Everything takes 5 minutes to prepare.
